Shipping
All orders are typically shipped via USPS first class mail service within two business days from the time payment is received. Generally, you can expect receipt of items in 3-7 days. In some rare circumstances shipping times will be longer. If, for any reason, we expect an extensive shipping delay, you will be notified via email and given the option for a refund.

Returns
Responsibility for defective cassettes or CDs will be assumed by SpiritHeal Institute. Notify us by e-mail of the defect and we will replace your item promptly. Refunds will be made on returned unopened CDs and cassettes minus $5 for shipping and handling. Refunds will not be given for opened merchandise.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for all classes and workshops made more than five days in advance receive a full refund minus any charges incurred from PayPal. Cancellations made within five days of a class or workshop are charged a $20 fee plus any charges incurred from PayPal.
