2026 SpiritHeal Ceremonial Leadership Training
SpiritHeal Ceremonial Leadership Training
A Training for Embodied Facilitators
The SpiritHeal Ceremonial Leadership Training is a profound immersion designed for those called to honor living ceremonial spaces in alignment with illuminated consciousness. It is about cultivating the embodied presence, energetic coherence, and ethical clarity required to hold Sacred Circle ceremony as a living, intelligent field, rather than about learning techniques or scripts.
Rooted in somatic cosmology, collective intelligence, and Earth-Sun coherence, this training helps participants become stable, grounded vessels through which ceremony naturally unfolds. You will learn to sense and respond to living energies, guide groups without force or hierarchy, and facilitate deep transformation through presence rather than performance.
Each day unfolds within the Sacred Circle ceremony itself, allowing leadership to arise organically through direct experience. You are guided to trust the wisdom of the body, the intelligence of the field, and the collaborative power of the circle—moving beyond ego-based leadership into attuned stewardship.
This training is both a personal initiation and a professional training. Participants leave with:
— a lived understanding of how to open, guide, and close ceremonial space;
—how to hold emotional and energetic intensity safely and with grace; and
—how to carry Sacred Circle consciousness into their ongoing work with individuals and groups.
This is guidance as listening, ceremony as a relationship, and facilitation as a living transmission of coherence, love, and embodied wisdom.
The Role of the Guide
The role of the guide in ceremony is to hold the central axis of coherence for the entire circle. The guide listens beyond words—tracking the flow of energy, emotion, and consciousness through each participant and the collective field. They maintain orientation to Mother Earth and Father Sun, anchoring the ceremonial space so that deeper states of awareness can be entered safely and integrated gently. Through presence, attunement, and ethical responsibility, the guide protects the integrity of the experience—knowing when to invite expansion, when to slow the pace, and when to offer grounding. In this way, the guide does not direct transformation, but creates the conditions in which each being can remember their own inner authority while feeling held within a trustworthy and living communal field.
Note: You are not expected to step into guiding ceremonies immediately after training is complete. The attunements and transmissions continue to unfold within you, and they need time to integrate naturally. There is no pressure to perform or produce.
Willingness to Guide Means Willingness to Transform
This training weaves itself into every aspect of your life—illuminating your path, deepening your presence, and gently bringing both your deepest shadows and your brightest light into conscious awareness. Through this process, transformation arises organically, leading you toward greater wholeness, embodiment, and self-realization.

Guided Ceremonies are Essential for Creating Safety, Transformation, and Community
Guidance is essential to the ceremonial experience because it fosters coherence, trust, and safety across the subtle and visible realms. A skilled guide attunes to the living energies moving through the circle, helping participants stay oriented as deeper layers of emotion, memory, and consciousness arise. Rather than becoming overwhelmed, lost, or fragmented, each person is gently held in a steady field that supports integration. Through guidance, the ceremonial space becomes a shared container of intelligence—one that allows transformation to unfold with grace, clarity, and a felt sense of belonging rather than effort or fear.
Training Introduction
Guided ceremonies create a field of safety where the nervous system can soften, the soul can emerge, and true transformation unfolds naturally.
Within a held ceremonial space, individual healing weaves into collective wisdom, restoring our sense of belonging and shared becoming.
This training is designed as a living immersion, not simply a course of instruction. The schedule itself supports deep alignment—allowing your energy body to attune, your awareness to respond to the transmissions, and your nervous system to adapt to the beyond.
Rather than approaching this work intellectually, you are invited to enter the energetic totality of the experience. Through sustained presence, continuity of contact, and shared field coherence, the teachings move beyond information and become embodied knowing.
The immersion includes approximately 54 hours of live Zoom Video gatherings:
- 34 hours of live recorded instruction, energetic transmission, and guided integration
These sessions establish the foundational teachings, field awareness, and embodied leadership principles of Sacred Circle facilitation. - 10+ hours of supervised practice sessions
(Two-hour practice circles, with total hours depending on the number of participants.)
Here, you step into the role of facilitator while receiving real-time guidance, feedback, and energetic support from the trainer. - 5–15 hours of peer group sessions
These smaller circles deepen learning through reflection, resonance, and shared discovery, strengthening trust, confidence, and relational presence.
This immersion rhythm creates the conditions for true integration—where leadership arises naturally from coherence, embodiment, and lived experience rather than effort or performance.

Inviting Clarity
Becoming a Ceremonial Leader involves the ongoing practice of alignment with Source and a love of the sacred.
If you feel the call, read on.
Sacred ceremonies are acts of invocation—calling forth wisdom, healing, and our inherent greatness. When ceremony is lost, the soul grows distant. When ceremony returns, life regains meaning, depth, and light. Ceremonies awaken this truth—humans are magical, majestic, and miraculous.
Becoming a Sacred Ceremony Leader is an act of service to the illuminated souls who guide, protect, restore, and enliven humanity’s sacred path.
Breakthroughs arise most naturally when we live in peace—free from fear and anxiety. Ceremonies help us not only touch these states, but also anchor them into our daily lives.
Becoming a Sacred Ceremony Leader happens in spirit time… when a passion and yearning awakens in your heart a willingness to take the path of light.
The Sacred Circle Ceremony is the heart of all SpiritHeal classes and retreats. Through gathering in sacred circle, we restore our souls, embody higher consciousness, and remember our sacred roots. Each ceremony amplifies personal and collective transformation, grounding us in the living flow of Earth and Heaven.
Becoming a Sacred Ceremony Leader is not about being “certified.” Instead, it is a sense beyond the material world of being “called to” and “entrusted” to be a clear, authentic, and patient spaceholder for universal wisdom, healing, and love.
Ceremonies release doubt and fear and meet the unknown with confidence and wonder. Ceremony becomes our doorway—into presence, purpose, and a future rich with possibility.
Becoming a Sacred Ceremony Leader involves creating a deepening relationship with both Source and the Unknown.
Is your heart welling with passion and inspiration, quietly asking for something more?
Are you ready to step beyond the familiar and allow Spirit to shape what comes next?
Pause here. Listen inwardly. And let your response rise beyond any fear and doubt.
You’ll know if this training is right for you.
About Sarah Weiss, MA, LMT, CMP
Sarah Weiss, MA, LMT, CMPis the founder of SpiritHeal Institute and a visionary teacher of embodied consciousness, Sacred Circle ceremony, and New Earth emergence. With more than four decades of experience, Sarah has devoted her life to restoring humanity’s relationship with ceremony, the living Earth, and the innate intelligence of the human body.
Her work weaves together the feminine spiritual lineage with somatic awareness, energetic transmission, sacred geometry, and Earth–Cosmic alignment to create coherent fields of transformation where individuals and communities can safely awaken into their true nature. At the heart of Sarah’s teaching is the Sacred Circle—a living, collective intelligence that supports deep healing, soul retrieval, and the embodiment of higher states of consciousness in everyday life.
Sarah’s approach is grounded, experiential, and profoundly heart-centered. She emphasizes nervous system regulation, embodied presence, and the cultivation of safety as essential foundations for spiritual awakening. Through her classes, retreats, and year-long ceremonial journeys, participants are guided to release limitation, reclaim their innate wholeness, and become stable, luminous expressions of the New Earth.
As a guide, Sarah serves not as an authority above, but as a facilitator of living energies—holding spaces where wisdom emerges organically, love becomes tangible, and transformation unfolds naturally through embodied awareness and collective resonance.
